“The twelve summoned the multitude of the disciples and said, ‘It is not appropriate for us to forsake the word of God and serve tables. But we will continue steadfastly in prayer and in the ministry of the word.’ The word of God increased and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem exceedingly. A great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.”
Prayer
Righteous Father, I lift my voice in holy intercession today, declaring that Your Word is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, and destined to multiply in power. I stand in the gap for my pastor and the ministers You have set over Your people. Strengthen them, O Lord, to remain steadfast in prayer and fully committed to the ministry of the Word, without distraction or weariness. May their hearts be anchored in Your divine call, knowing that Your Word will never return void.
I cry out that every hindrance that seeks to drain their time, energy, or devotion be scattered by Your fire. Raise up faithful hands and hearts to support them, so that they can devote themselves to preaching, teaching, and interceding with fresh fire and unbroken focus. Release over them the mantle of wisdom and the anointing of prayer that breaks through principalities and powers.
Lord, I decree multiplication as it was in Jerusalem. Let the Word preached by my pastor pierce the hearts of multitudes, bringing conviction, repentance, and obedience to the faith. Cause the Gospel to run swiftly through the congregation and the city, increasing in fruitfulness. Let hardened hearts become fertile ground where Your Word can take deep root.
I declare, Father, that priests, leaders, and those in high places will be touched by the ministry of Your servants. Just as entire communities were shaken in the
book of Acts, let a great company in this generation bow in obedience to Christ. May the testimony of increase be heard in every nation, city, and household where Your Word is proclaimed.
Empower Your ministers with grace to endure, faith to prevail, and boldness to release heaven’s message without compromise. As they labor, may the Word of God multiply exceedingly until entire nations are discipled, and revival floods the earth.
