Prayer
O Covenant-Keeping Father, we stand before You in holy awe, declaring that our child is wrapped in Your everlasting promise. You, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, have bound Yourself to generations through covenant mercy, and today we proclaim that this same covenant covers our son/daughter. We call forth the fullness of Your faithfulness over his/her life, for You have sworn to be his/her God forever.
Lord, we rise as prophetic parents, speaking destiny into the very atmosphere around our child. We declare that he/she will not wander without purpose or identity; rather, he/she will walk as one marked by divine ownership. Because You have pledged Yourself to him/her, he/she will know You early, love You deeply, and follow You willingly. Let Your covenant light surround him/her in every season.
Father, we decree that every generational blessing in Christ finds its home in our child. The covenant of mercy, protection, guidance, wisdom, and supernatural favor rests upon him/her. He/she is not left to chance, culture, or circumstance—he/she is sheltered in the unbreakable bond of Your promise. Nothing in life or in death can uproot what You have established in Your steadfast love.
We decree that covenant identity will shape his/her thoughts, desires, and future paths. He/she will rise as a testimony of Your goodness through all generations. You will shepherd him/her, correct him/her, comfort him/her, and lead him/her into every prepared assignment. He/she will never be outside of Your covenant covering.
And now, Almighty God, we seal our child—spirit, soul, and body—under the everlasting covenant of Christ’s blood. May he/she grow to know that he/she belongs to You, is chosen by You, and is preserved by You for destiny. Your covenant is his/her foundation, identity, and inheritance. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
