I Rise in Glory

I said, “My strength has perished, along with my expectation from Yahweh.” Remember my affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the bitterness. My soul still remembers them, and is bowed down within me. This I recall to my mind; therefore I have hope. It is because of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. “Yahweh is my portion,” says my soul. “Therefore I will hope in him.”

—Lamentations 3:18-24 WEB

Prayer

Abba Father, I thank You that I rise this morning not in my own strength but in the glory that comes from You. Your Word in Lamentations 3:23 says, “They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” Because of Your mercy, I stand renewed, redeemed, and repositioned today.

I take my place as a child of God—seated in heavenly places, clothed in righteousness, called by name. I reject every lie that says I am unworthy or defeated. I embrace the truth: I am chosen, accepted, and empowered by Your Spirit. I rise in authority. I walk in identity. I move in destiny.

Let no part of me shrink back today. I reflect Your light, carry Your Spirit, and speak with kingdom authority. The old is gone; the new has come. This morning, I step fully into who You say I am.

I don’t just occupy space—I carry Your presence everywhere I go.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
