“Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out.”
Prayer
Lord God of glory, I come before You under the weight of holy conviction and the promise of refreshing. You, who call nations and generations to turn again, now call me, my family, my church, and my nation back to Your ways. I lift my voice as one who longs for the blotting out of sin, the erasing of transgressions, and the restoration of purity in the land. Let the very cry of repentance rise like incense before You today, and let the grace of returning sweep through every heart connected to me.
Father, I acknowledge how easily the human heart drifts. We confess the places where compromise has seeped in, where pride disguised itself as strength, where rebellion pretended to be independence. But You, O Lord, extend mercy—not to excuse sin but to erase it. I stand in that mercy now. Blot out every stain in my life. Blot out every stain in my household. Blot out every stain in the congregations across this nation. Let the times of refreshing promised in Your Word break forth like dawn.
Lord, revive the desire to turn. Let repentance not be a moment of emotion but a Spirit-empowered change of direction. Let my family walk in a path marked by obedience and clarity. Let churches across our land return to holiness—not as a concept but as a lived-out reality. Uproot every wicked way that has taken root in our culture, and ignite a holy dissatisfaction with sin.
And now, O God, send revival winds. Let returning hearts experience the refreshing that only You can give. Restore joy, purity, vision, and power. Let the testimony of our generation be this: we turned back, and You restored us.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
